Transora

The AI creative workflow operating system. Every generator gives you an image. Transora keeps the run that produced it: the history, the assets, the workflow, and the ability to run it again. Tomorrow. On fifty products. For your whole team.

The thesis

Generation is a commodity. Process is the product.

Anyone can produce a good image now. Almost no one can produce the right image again, on demand, at volume, consistently. The unit of value is shifting from an image to a repeatable workflow that produces the right images on demand. That workflow is what Transora is being built to own.

Transora · visual direction

Capability · character swap

One character. Any scene you like.

Consistency is what turns generated images into commercial work. One synthetic character, held identical across a full set of frames that share nothing else: country, wardrobe, light, lens.

The same character, close portrait against an overcast sky
The same character, car interior in afternoon light
The same character, beach at sunset
The same character, winter city in snow
The same character, car interior with the seatbelt on

Capability · style transfer

One photograph. 50 ways so far.

The other half of the same discipline. Most of these prompts hold the pose, the person, the scene and the camera, then let the rendering change everything else. Some let go of more on purpose: a depth map that kept its colour would not be a depth map. The set keeps growing.

The source street rebuilt as a voxel world with the subject left photographic
The same scene rebuilt from interlocking toy bricks
The same scene in the blocky avatar style of a children's game platform
The same scene as a thickly painted oil on canvas
The same scene as untextured geometry in a 3D modelling viewport

Fair questions

Asked and answered.

What is a creative workflow operating system?

It keeps the process around AI generation: the runs, the assets, the references, and the workflow that produced a result, so the result can be produced again on demand. Generators make an image. A workflow OS makes the image repeatable.
